How to File a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification Process

If you are the recipient of a notice and counter-notice you will forward it to the actual uploader who is addressed in your notice. This should include:
An explanation of why you feel the material was not in violation.
Your name, address, telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of such court.
Please keep in mind that a valid counter-notification will be required in order for us to take any further action, the DMCA process allows 14 business days from receipt of the counternotification for the removing party to restore the material.
